As a master servicer, Berkadia:

• Assumes ultimate responsibility for the servicing and administration of all mortgage loans contained in a commercial mortgage-backed securitization.
• Handles all cash management functions as required by the particular pooling and servicing agreements.
• Makes remittances to the client or trustee and distributes periodic reports to the trustee and rating agencies.
• Ensures diligent loan payment collection and oversight of each primary or sub-servicer.
• Provides P&I and Servicing Advances for CMBS.
