SEATTLE – November 17, 2020 – Berkadia today announced the sale of The Bond, a 139-unit midrise multifamily property in Redmond, Washington. Senior Managing Director Kenny Dudunakis and Senior Directors David Sorensen and Ben Johnson of Berkadia’s Seattle office completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Washington-based MainStreet Property Group LLC, and the buyer, Turning Point Realty Advisors, also based in Washington. The deal closed on October 30.
