LOUIS and KANSAS CITY, Mo. – November 24, 2020 – Berkadia today announced the $32 million in financing secured for Tower at Frisco Square, a commercial office building in Frisco, Texas. Associate Director Pat Garlich of Berkadia’s St. Louis office and Managing Director John Schorgl of Berkadia’s Kanas City office secured the permanent refinancing on behalf of the buyer, Missouri-based Maxus Properties. The deal closed on November 10.
