Amy has excelled in real estate investment management and business strategy since graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Serving as Equity Investment Director at Fannie Mae, Amy was responsible for executing approximately $3 Billion in LIHTC investments nationwide. She specializes in special needs affordable housing, including homeless housing and Native American tribal land investments. Simultaneously, Amy also served as the Director of Capital Management at Fannie Mae, responsible for the distribution of all LIHTC investment capital. Amy was promoted to Chief of Staff and Director of Fannie Mae’s Legal Business Operations team, working directly with the CAO and General Counsel for Fannie Mae.
Amy’s background includes a unique combination of expertise in business and financial management, technology development, investment management, multifamily underwriting and asset management. Having lived in Washington DC since 1991, Amy is extremely excited to return to her hometown of Milwaukee. In partnership with Mark Dellonte, she is responsible for launching Berkadia’s signature office in Milwaukee, with the goal of providing financing for housing opportunities not only in Wisconsin and the greater northern states, but nationwide. They have assembled a team with extensive experience in all types of multifamily housing, including seniors, assisted living, nursing homes and hospitals. They offer industry experts in affordable housing, including LIHTC, Workforce Housing and Opportunity Zone financing.
