Ms. Dietz works with a team who over the last 10 years, has built an impressive reputation as the market leading investment sales advisory team in the Midwest. Since January of 2015, this team has closed over 8,816 units with total sales of over $751 million, successfully bringing in new investment capital from across the country. In addition to an impressive investment sales and financing platform, Ms. Dietz can offer her clients the resources of Berkadia’s incredible research department for any market information one might seek. Ms. Dietz is passionate about being a fully integrated broker with the ability to meet all client needs and objectives.
Born and raised in Michigan, Carly has a deep knowledge of the multifamily market in the Midwest. Her career in real estate began 6 years ago in Chicago, Illinois where she fostered a reputation for transparency and hard work, strengthened by her dedication to continue honing her multifamily expertise.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ms. Dietz earned a law degree from the University of Notre Dame, successfully passing the July 2017 Michigan Bar. Prior to her law education, Carly received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from DePaul University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Ms. Dietz now brings the skills she has learned through her education and her real estate experience together to offer her clients the best services possible.
