Eli Gershenson is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking in Dallas, responsible for procuring debt structures for his clients throughout the United States. Mr. Gershenson has experience in all facets of a transaction, from the preliminary analysis to the underwriting, marketing and closing of every deal. Mr. Gershenson has vast experience with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executions as well as various Life Company and CMBS lenders.

Over the course of his eighteen-year career, Mr. Gershenson has been involved in closing over $3 Billion in loans on all property types, including Multi-Family, Retail, Office, Industrial and Hotel properties.

Mr. Gershenson earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University.
