Nate Moyer is a Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s Denver office. He specializes in the disposition of multifamily assets, representing a diverse profile of middle market and institutional clients throughout the Denver MSA, Colorado Springs, and the greater Mountain West Region. Since 2019, Nate’s team has sold over 5,000 units and executed more than $1.5B in multifamily sales.

Prior to joining Berkadia in 2018, Nate was a Senior Property Manager and Broker Associate for Four Star Realty, a Colorado based student housing operator. In this role, he led a team that oversaw asset management, property management, new management stabilization and all leasing transactions for a 1,000-plus unit portfolio with an annual income over $12M.

Nate received his BA from the University of Colorado.
