Stephanie Anderson is Senior Vice President and Head of Seniors Housing & Healthcare Operations. Anderson joins us from HHC Finance.  Her prior executive roles provided her with a deep knowledge of Structured Finance (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Asset Management, and REIT's) and specialized expertise in developing Sales Strategies, engagement and partnerships with health systems and providers, with commercial real estate, and other operating businesses.

While CAO at WellTower (NYSE:HCN), she grew operating JV’s to $3.5 BB while leading M&A in structured financings/leases, increasing total assets by $7.5 billion. She developed and led a strong RIDEA/JV team as well as a seasoned NNN asset mgt team.  While there, we revamped portfolio management using data driven executive tools while also strengthening relationships with existing customers ($20 billion-hospitals, MOBs, seniors housing etc.).  We made a point of sharing best practices, creating group purchasing opportunities, and offering access to our consultants/efficiency experts. Improving operations & margins drives the value of the underlying asset, ultimately providing a win/win. Using this relationship strategy for target customers, while promoting transparency and education to analysts and investors drove a 12% increase in FFO multiple over competitors.

After resigning from WellTower to manage health issues with my son, I founded SilverStone HCRE. We acquired over $300mm assets, improved their performance and capitalized on 2017’s seller market to produce a 3x equity multiple for investors and a healthy son ready for college

Prior to WellTower, I enjoyed leadership roles at GE Capital, Ventas REIT(NYSE:VTR), UPS (Reinsurance, hospitality, CBD Office and Multifamily CRE) and Delta.
