Hilary Provinse – EVP, Head of Mortgage BankingHilary Provinse is Executive Vice President, Head of Mortgage Banking and a member of Berkadia’s Management Committee. In this role, Ms. Provinse oversees more than 148 experienced mortgage bankers and their teams located in 40 offices across the country. These bankers serve clients across all multifamily and commercial real estate channels, including specialized teams with expertise in seniors housing and healthcare, hotels and hospitality, student housing, affordable housing and manufactured housing. Ms. Provinse ensures that clients benefit from our market leadership and deep relationships with diverse capital sources, including Berkadia’s 48 Life Company’s correspondents, banks, CMBS, Debt Funds, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD.

In 2019, Berkadia’s combined production volume of loan origination, investment sales and JV equity placements exceeded $36 billion, of which $27 billion is attributed to the company’s mortgage banking division. Berkadia was also ranked as Freddie Mac’s number one conventional Optigo lender.

Previously, Ms. Provinse was Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Engagement at Fannie Mae, where she managed the team who was responsible for all of Fannie Mae’s production activities and customer relationships – overseeing more than $100 billion of production during the course of her tenure. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2003, Ms. Provinse spent 10 years on Wall Street in investment banking, working for Goldman Sachs & Co. and Bear Stearns & Co. in New York.

Tucker Knight – Senior Managing Director: Tucker Knight is a Senior Managing Director in the Mortgage Banking division of Berkadia with responsibilities in loan origination, equity placement and management of the Texas offices. Under Tucker’s leadership the Houston office ranks at the top of Berkadia’s national network in production annually.

Mr. Knight joined Berkadia in May of 2015 and has more than $23 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. He specializes in office, industrial and multifamily properties and has extensive experience in arranging and structuring joint venture opportunities with life insurance companies, pension funds and advisors as well as originating debt for commercial real estate throughout the United States. Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Knight was a Senior Managing Director for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., where he was the top producer nationally for several years. Before that, he was a Mortgage Banker with Allied Mortgage Capital Corporation.

Fannie Mae Speakers

Rob Levin – SVP, Multifamily Chief Customer Officer: Rob Levin is Fannie Mae’s Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Engagement. In this role, he manages all customer relationships and leads all of Fannie Mae’s multifamily production activities, including the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) lending platform, structured transactions, seniors housing, affordable housing, green financing, small loans, and borrower relationships. Under Rob’s leadership, Customer Engagement is focused on providing support, expertise, and guidance to our customers and partnering with them to build a high-quality, balanced book of business that will meet the needs of the multifamily market now and in the future.

Prior to his current role, Rob was the Vice President of Multifamily Credit Underwriting. He led the DUS loan underwriting process for all non-delegated loans, covering conventional loans as well as specialty products. He also managed the underwriting guidelines for Multifamily, ensuring that loans guaranteed by Fannie Mae met consistently high credit standards.

Before joining Fannie Mae in 1998, Rob worked in commercial and community banking. He has a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Wyoming.

Greg Ehrhardt – Senior Director, Multifamily Customer & Partner Management: Greg is currently a Senior Director in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Customer Engagement group. In his role, he manages customer relationships and production for select Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) Lenders, as well as specific borrower relationships. Greg also manages the West Region Production team for Multifamily.  Greg focuses on providing transaction support, guidance and expertise to our partners that is balanced with our goals and objectives of securing a balanced and healthy book of business. 

Erhardt’s experience at Fannie Mae includes structuring and negotiating conventional DUS loans, pricing credit fees, and various capital markets activities, in addition to participating in various strategic initiatives at Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Greg worked for a national development firm, focusing on military housing development and asset management. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from American University in Washington DC and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Finance from York College of Pennsylvania. 

Christina Flynn – VP, Multifamily Chief Underwriter: Christina oversees the Multifamily Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) loan underwriting process for all non-delegated loans, covering conventional loans as well as all specialty products. She also manages the underwriting guidelines for Multifamily ensuring that loans guaranteed by Fannie Mae meet consistently high credit standards.

Kelly Ormsby – Senior Director, Multifamily Underwriting: Kelly Ormsby is the Central Region Credit Director and been employed Fannie Mae since 2008. She oversees the Multifamily Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) reviews for all non-delegated loans, including conventional and special asset classes, located in the Central Region. 

Ormsby’s experience at Fannie Mae includes structuring and negotiating conventional DUS loans, post-acquisition risk analysis, in addition to participating in various strategic initiatives including DUS Gateway. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Ms. Ormsby worked at LaSalle Bank and GreenPoint Mortgage in Credit Underwriting. She has over 14 years’ experience in real estate, 12 of which are multifamily debt financing. 

She holds an MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. 

Meera Singh – Underwriting Advisor, Multifamily Risk: Meera Singh is an Advisor in Fannie Mae’s Credit Underwriting Team based in Plano, TX. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing and structuring requests for all DUS Lenders. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, she spent 15 years at GE Capital Real Estate in various roles focused on Underwriting, Valuations and Corporate Governance.
