2023 U.S. STUDENT HOUSING MARKET REPORT
In this annual report, we explore how student housing investment sales volume has increased in recent years and the trajectory for 2023. The population growth projection for 18- to 22-year-olds in the top 50 metro areas will continue to increase, which helps pave the way for more investment opportunities. The price per bed is on track to continue increasing this year as enrollment is also projected to rise across major universities.
