Christian Overton serves as a Senior Director for Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality based in the D.C. Metro office. In this role, Mr. Overton is responsible for the placement of hospitality equity transactions within Berkadia’s Investment Sales national hospitality vertical.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Overton worked for 12 years in Eastdil Secured’s Los Angeles office, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President within the firm’s Global Hospitality Practice. During this time, he was involved with over $8 billion in equity sales transactions.
Christian is a native of Scottsdale, Arizona, and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2012.
