Berkadia Negotiates Sale of Two Seniors Housing Properties in Tennessee
KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE – May 1, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of two assisted living and memory care communities in Tennessee. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, led by Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders, closed the 127-unit transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The properties, located in the Knoxville and Jackson markets, were purchased by Mainstay Senior Living.
