Peter Dudunakis is an Associate Director of Investment Sales based in Seattle, WA supporting Berkadia Institutional Solutions on acquisitions and dispositions across the greater Seattle MSA. A Seattle native, Peter returned to Seattle in 2024 after working in Boston as a financial analyst for investment sales since 2022. There, he underwrote over $600 million in multifamily properties and provided analytical guidance for over $200 million of active listings.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was also the captain of the varsity baseball team. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree from Marist College. In addition to his professional achievements, Peter is a member of the Greek National Baseball team. He is also affiliated with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).
