Berkadia Negotiates Sale of Two Seniors Housing Properties in Atlanta MSA
ATLANTA, GEORGIA – May 24, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of two assisted living and memory care communities in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, led by Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders, closed the 146-unit transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The properties, located in Atlanta and Marietta, were purchased by a regional owner/operator.
