Dave Fasano is a Managing Director for Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare and is based out of the Dallas, TX office. He has been in the seniors housing industry since his days as a banker in 2007. He currently specializes in representing owners, operators, and developers in brokering seniors housing and skilled nursing communities throughout the United States. He has had the privilege to represent over $10 billion in transactions volume for his client base over his career.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Dave has represented clients at both Newmark and HFF, and worked for Fortress, Aviv REIT (now Omega Healthcare Investors), and CIBC. While at Fortress and Aviv, he was charged with acquiring senior living communities and partnering with operators and developers across the country.
Dave graduated from the University of Iowa in 2002 with a degree in Finance and is an active member in the American Seniors Housing Association, National Investment Center, and the Dallas-based YMCA.
