Justin Chambers is a Director of Investment Sales out of the Berkadia Austin, Texas office. Justin is responsible for a full range of services including business development, start-to-finish deal execution, overseeing the due diligence process, transaction analysis, and production of offering memorandum. He has quickly made a footprint in the Central Texas multifamily market, representing buyers and sellers of multifamily investment assets. In addition, he has successfully developed and managed business relationships with owners, lenders, and other commercial real estate professionals. Justin began his real estate career in 2019 and brings 4 years of multifamily and land sales experience totaling $400 million in transaction volume.
Prior to Berkadia, Justin spent time as a Senior Associate with Northmarq’s Central Texas Investment Sales team.
He is a licensed sales agent in the state of Texas and a graduate of Texas State University where he studied Microbiology and Biochemistry. Justin enjoys watching and playing golf, time on the lake, and is a passionate outdoorsman and conservationist. He is a life-member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, a member of the Texas Bighorn Society and Wild Sheep Foundation among other wildlife conservation organizations.
