Berkadia Adds Senior Managing Director to Lead Mortgage Banking Platform in Los Angeles and San Francisco Offices
Los Angeles, CA – June 10, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the addition of Senior Managing Director Louis Friedel who will be leading the Los Angeles and San Francisco Mortgage Banking offices at Berkadia. Friedel will report to SVP – Co-Head of Mortgage Banking and Production Operations Cole Schutjer.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Friedel served as a Managing Director at TPG Angelo Gordon where he worked on investments for the funds in the west coast markets, across all product types.
Friedel has a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
