Daniel Swersky-Louw serves as a Director in Berkadia’s Irvine, CA office, specializing in multifamily investment sales across Southern California.
He brings a wealth of experience in sales, acquisitions, and operations, having previously led Sales & Acquisitions, and later Asset Management at the private equity firm RK Properties. Throughout his career, Daniel has successfully executed over $1 billion in multifamily transactions, managed a portfolio of 4,500 units nationwide, and led a team of more than 120 staff members. He began his career in development with Crowley Real Estate Partners, working on significant multifamily projects in the Los Angeles area.
Daniel resides in Long Beach, California, and enjoys surfing, playing music, and rugby.
