With over 10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Philadelphia market and a singular commitment to achieving his clients’ goals, Matt has successfully closed over 100 transactions comprised of 15,000+ units valued at more than $2 billion.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Matt served as a Vice President with the CBRE Philadelphia Multifamily team and as a lender with M&T Bank.
