With extensive relationships across various sectors, including property and mortgage REITs, equity capital, pension funds, hedge funds, advisory firms, CMBS lenders, master servicers, life insurance companies, and commercial banks, Mr. Vogel excels in evaluating real estate holdings and developing solutions to meet client capital needs. He has a comprehensive range of accomplishments, including structuring and negotiating various financial instruments, placing over 600 senior and mezzanine debt transactions, overseeing the organization of financing packages, and assisting clients with property analysis and investor return modeling.
Over the past 20 years, Mark has successfully executed numerous complex transactions, including first mortgage/mezzanine debt financing and equity placements for acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, asset optimizations, workouts, sale leasebacks, and loan sales. He has developed key national relationships that have led to investments and financing in various property types, such as multi-family properties, lifestyle centers, retail shopping centers, regional malls, office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, and self-storage properties.
