NEW YORK, NY – July 8, 2024 – Berkadia names Damon Rankin Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rankin will be based in the Ambler, Pennsylvania office and will report to President Randy Jenson, who directly managed the Berkadia Finance function prior to this change. Mr. Rankin assumed the new title on July 1.

Mr. Rankin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Drexel University. Prior to Berkadia, he worked at Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy & Operations Practice and at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Audit Practice. Outside of work, he serves as the Finance Chair of the City Year Philadelphia Site Board.
