Berkadia Negotiates Sale of Seniors Housing Property in Atlanta MSA
ATLANTA, GEORGIA – July 18, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of an assisted living and memory care community in Alpharetta, Georgia. Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, led by Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders, closed the 85-unit transaction on behalf of a publicly traded REIT.
The property, part of a three-property portfolio, was purchased by a regional owner/operator. The first two properties in the portfolio closed in May.
