Bill O’Connor is an Associate Director with Berkadia Milwaukee Mortgage Banking. In his role, Bill provides debt and equity solutions for commercial real estate developers and owners with an emphasis on construction and permanent debt placement through FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Bill has experience closing market-rate and affordable multifamily housing deals, as well as independent and assisted living seniors housing projects.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2019, Bill worked as a market and valuation specialist for Duff & Phelps, providing third party appraisals and market reports for commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States.
Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015 with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Real Estate and Finance.
