Joe Lasser manages the financial analysis, underwriting, approval and closing process for new tax credit investments. Prior to joining Berkadia, Joe held roles in Asset Management, Underwriting and Investor Relations in the Affordable Housing Groups at US Bank and PNC Bank. He also previously worked as an Asset Manager for a Denver-based nonprofit developer, where he oversaw the company’s real estate portfolio and managed lender, investor, property management, and agency relationships.
Joe received his Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and his Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Skidmore College.
