Susan Moro offers extensive knowledge in structuring, underwriting and closing of complex affordable housing tax credit transactions with nearly 30 years of experience in real estate and over 20 years in tax credits and affordable housing.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Susan was a Community Development Regional Executive for Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she led a team of low-income housing tax credit lending and equity professionals. In prior years, Susan served in Tax Credit Syndications with Wachovia Securities and Asset Management with Boston Financial Group.
