Jay Timpani has been in the commercial real estate industry specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in metro Seattle since 2009. Jay joined Berkadia in 2020, and currently serves as a Managing Director of Investment Sales. With extensive experience selling apartments in the Pacific Northwest, he is considered an expert in the operation, disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties. Jay’s comprehensive market knowledge and established track record have resulted in the completion of over 200 transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion in investment sales during his career.
