George Pallis is a Senior Director of Investment Sales based in Seattle. WA. George is a leader in the Pacific Northwest region’s investment sales services.
George joined Berkadia in 2019 working closely with Kenny Dudunakis, Ben Johnson, and David Sorensen where he currently plays an integral role on the acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily assets across the greater Seattle MSA. George specializes in furthering the team’s reach in the Pacific Northwest and mountain states. Since joining Berkadia, George has closed over $2.5 billion in sales with over 35 transactions and 8,000 units.
Prior to joining Berkadia, George attended Santa Clara University where he studied Economics and Real Estate Finance.
