Jeff Hall is a Director with Berkadia in the Portland, OR office. Jeff joined Berkadia as an Underwriter in September 2017 and received his MAP underwriting certification in March 2020 and has helped close nearly $500 million in FHA/HUD loans at Berkadia.
Jeff previously worked at PNC Bank where he was responsible for managing a team of underwriters specializing in low-income housing and historic tax credit investments.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Economics with a minor in Business Management from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
