Jeffrey Skipworth is Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office. Jeffrey focuses on the disposition of multifamily assets in the Houston and greater South Texas markets. Since starting in multifamily brokerage, Jeffrey has worked on over $7 billion in real estate transactions ranging from Value-Add to Core and Core Plus assets with clients that include private equity, developers, and institutional investors. Jeffrey has extensive experience at all levels of the marketing process including underwriting, marketing presentation, research, and investor solicitation.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jeffrey was a Partner at Moran & Company. In 2006, he began his real estate career at Moran in Dallas where he marketed multifamily properties in the DFW area. In 2012, he opened the Houston office of Moran and spearheaded the company’s efforts to expand the platform to the Bayou City and surrounding areas.
