Paul Harris joined Berkadia with the Moran and Co. brokerage platform in 2021 forming Berkadia Institutional Solutions, an outstanding mix of culture, resources, and broad multi-family expertise. Paul’s been involved in the closing of over $11 billion in multifamily disposition, equity capitalization, and recapitalizations while with Moran.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Paul was Director of Multifamily Investments for Archon Residential, a Goldman Sachs Company, where he completed acquisition and disposition on 56,000+ units in 32 states exceeding another $4 billion in value.
