LaQuint oversees many aspects of the business, driving strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, elevate client service, and accelerate transaction timelines. Known for his precision and results-driven approach, LaQuint plays a critical role in scaling the platform’s impact and advancing its reputation as a trusted advisor in the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining Berkadia, LaQuint served as a Client Services & Operations Manager at CBRE for 5 years. Before that, he worked at PNC Bank, one of the largest diversified financial services institutions in the United States.
