Robert Gutierrez is the Senior Director, National Research at Berkadia. He has 10+ years of commercial real estate experience including over seven years within Berkadia’s research department. In his role, he is responsible for advancing Berkadia’s brand through the creation of proprietary and market research in support of the company’s production network.
