With over 25 years of experience across the BPO, IT, and mortgage industries, Praveen brings deep expertise in financial transformation, internal controls, and scalable operating models. Mr. Polavaram has played a key role in strengthening financial governance, leading finance and accounting transitions, and shaping transfer pricing strategies that enable compliant and sustainable business expansion.
As Site Director, Praveen is equally focused on building a high‑performing, people‑centric workplace. Praveen believes strong culture, clarity of purpose, and empowered teams are essential to long‑term success.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Praveen worked at Genpact and Alliance IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Praveen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master’s degree in Financial Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, and also leads Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for Berkadia India.
