Cody Tremper is a Managing Director for Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare and is based in the Dallas, TX office. He’s been involved in the seniors housing industry since 2005 and has more than a decade of experience in healthcare and commercial real estate finance. He specializes in brokering seniors housing, active adult, and long-term care properties throughout the United States and has been involved in $6 billion in seniors housing acquisitions and financing.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Cody was a managing director in the Dallas office of JLL and Greystone Real Estate Advisors. Prior to his brokerage career, he was a vice president with the healthcare real estate lending group at Guaranty Bank and BBVA Compass. During this time, he originated new construction, acquisition, and mini-term financing for large institutional clients with facilities nationwide, as well as privately-owned regional clients.
Cody received his B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University and has been an active member of the American Seniors Housing Association and the National Investment Center.
