King of Prussia, Pennsylvania – October 4, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Hyatt Place King of Prussia, a 129-key hotel located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Managing Director Dan Hawkins and Associate Director Jake Pietras of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality led the transaction on behalf of the seller. The deal closed on October 3.
Located at 440 American Ave, the property is situated in the King of Prussia Business District and affords convenient access to Philadelphia’s premier shopping destination, The King of Prussia Mall, which is the largest shopping mall in Pennsylvania and the third-largest lifestyle center in the United States. The Hyatt Place King of Prussia was renovated in 2018 and includes an indoor pool, fitness center, meeting facilities, and more.
