Berkadia Adds Three Investment Sales Advisors in Charleston, South Carolina
Charleston, South Carolina – October 23, 2024 – Berkadia, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, announced today the addition of Senior Managing Directors Jim Sewell and David Lansbury and Managing Director Erika Maston to the investment sales platform. Sewell, Lansbury, and Maston will be based in Charleston, South Carolina and will report to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations, Mike Miner. Sewell, Lansbury, and Maston started on October 14.

Sewell, Lansbury, and Maston will join other Berkadia sales advisors in North and South Carolina including Managing Directors Caleb Troop and Mark Boyce and Senior Director Blake Coffey.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Sewell, Lansbury, and Maston were part of CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily Team where they focused on covering South Carolina and the Southeast coastal regions. They have collectively been involved in more than $13 billion in transactions throughout their careers. With extensive experience in multifamily investment sales, Sewell, Lansbury, and Maston will combine in depth market knowledge with creative strategies that help clients make informed decisions across-the-board.

Jim Sewell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University; David Lansbury holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Tennessee and a Master of Science from the College of Charleston. Further, Erika Maston holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of North Carolina at Chapell Hill.
