Gerald Filardi Jr. joined Berkadia in 2024 as an Associate Director of Investment Sales based in Morristown, NJ. He supports Nat Gambuzza, Spencer Beriont, Trevor Fiebel, Tim Blashford, and Nick Balancia in the purchase and sale of multifamily assets. His primary focus is on markets in Northern New Jersey and New York.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Gerald worked as an intern for Wealth Spire Advisors’ portfolio management team, where he arranged investment analysis and generated reports for clients. During a second internship with KOW Building Consultants, he assisted with construction finance and loan monitoring across diverse asset types. Additionally, Gerald worked in capital markets under Cushman & Wakefield’s Long Island investment sales team, specializing in middle-market seller representation.
Gerald received a Master of Science in Finance from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Penn State University while competing on both Division I Men’s Varsity Lacrosse teams. Gerald then obtained his real estate sales license in both New York and New Jersey. He likes to spend time with family and friends and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
