Robert Bratley serves as a Managing Director for the Investment Sales platform in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he will work closely with Pam Koster, Mike Grippi and Jack Sanders and provide multifamily investment sales solutions to clients throughout Colorado.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Bratley served as Senior Director with JLL’s Denver Capital Markets team. Robert’s previous commercial brokerage experience includes tenures at ARA Newmark and CBRE as well. Since 2012, Bratley has executed nearly $1 billion in total transaction volume that includes multifamily and land properties ranging from $1 to $80 million.
Bratley is an active member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and has been named in the Top Ten Heavy Hitters for Multifamily Sales multiple times. Bratley holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Colorado State University.
