Chelsea Jervis serves as a Managing Director for the Irvine, CA Investment Sales platform. She specializes in multifamily and land investment advisory transactions throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Chelsea was a Director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and throughout her career, Chelsea has been involved in the equity placement or sale of more than 20,000 units totaling approximately $4 billion in volume. Prior to focusing on the multifamily sector, Chelsea was involved in the sale of approximately seven million square feet of commercial space totaling approximately $2 billion. Chelsea began her career in real estate at HFF in December 2014.
Chelsea is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she studied finance and psychology. While pursuing her degrees, she held internships in both real estate finance and wealth management.
