Berkadia Adds Three Investment Sales Advisors in Irvine, California
Irvine, California – November 13, 2024 – Berkadia, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, announced today the addition of Senior Managing Director Ryan Fitzpatrick and Managing Directors Chelsea Jervis and CJ Angle to its investment sales platform in Irvine, California. Fitzpatrick, Jervis, and Angle will report to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations, Mike Miner. Fitzpatrick, Jervis, and Angle started on November 5.
Fitzpatrick, Jervis, and Angle are primarily responsible for institutional investment advisory in California with a focus on multifamily assets and development opportunities throughout Southern California. With over 35 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, Fitzpatrick, Jervis, and Angle have spent the last decade working together, and have successfully closed over $10 billion in multifamily transactions.
“Ryan, Chelsea, and CJ’s extensive knowledge in the multifamily space will be crucial to our continued success in California,” said Miner. “Their depth of experience with institutional clients will complement our existing team members across investment sales and mortgage banking, allowing us to more fully advise multifamily investors in Southern California. This is even more important now as we witness a growing and diverse pool of investors eager to own in the Southern California market.”
Prior to joining Berkadia, Fitzpatrick, Jervis, and Angle worked in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. They joined JLL from HFF after the acquisition in 2019.
