Berkadia Adds Two Investment Sales Advisors in Dallas, Texas
Dallas, Texas – April 23, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, is pleased to announce the addition of Senior Managing Director Bart Wickard and Managing Director Matt Wideman to its investment sales platform in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations, Mike Miner, Wickard and Wideman began their roles on April 15.
Wickard and Wideman are primarily responsible for private capital multifamily sales in Dallas and throughout North Texas. With over 30 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, they have spent the last 10 years working together, successfully closing over $3 billion in transactions.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Bart and Matt were part of Newmark Dallas’s investment brokerage team, where they were involved in all aspects of client development, marketing, research, valuation, and sales. The team exclusively focused on the secondary markets of North Texas and ranked as the top-producing team in this space.

Both Wickard and Wideman attended Southern Methodist University, where they excelled in Division I programs—Wickard as an All-American swimmer and Wideman as ESPN Magazine’s Academic All-America University Division I Player of the Year for the men’s soccer team.
