Anukulya Panda is a seasoned HR leader with 18+ years of industry experience. As Vice President of the People Team at Berkadia India, she oversees talent acquisition, talent development and employee relations. Anukulya is instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, alignment of people practises that support Berkadia’s priorities. She is invested in strengthening a people first culture, boosting engagement and fostering employer value proposition. Her previous professional stints include working at Cyient and Cigniti.
Anukulya is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a certified DISC and SHL OPQ-32 practitioner with deep expertise in talent management, learning & development and succession planning. She’s an active CHRO Forum member, mentor, and industry jury member, committed to shaping the future of HR.
Anukulya balances her life as a mother, dynamic HR leader, marathon runner, and lifelong learner demonstrating resilience, curiosity, and commitment in all aspects of her journey.
