Berkadia Adds Investment Sale Advisor to Hotels & Hospitality Platform
Los Angeles, California – July 16, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, is pleased to announce the addition of Senior Managing Director Andrew Holt to its Hotels & Hospitality platform. Holt will be based in Los Angeles, California and Phoenix, Arizona and report to Senior Managing Director – Head of Hotels & Hospitality, Andy Wimsatt. Andrew comes on the heels of hiring Managing Director Jennifer Dakin, as well as strong teams in New York and Miami in 2024 and 2023. Holt began his role on July 14.
Holt is primarily responsible for sourcing and placement of hospitality related investment property sales, debt placements, and secondary loan sales. Prior to joining Berkadia, Holt was a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured for 20 years and completed over $35 billion of hospitality transactions comprising approximately 450 properties. His notable transactions include many of the largest and most high-profile lodging transactions in the Western U.S.
