Tyler Sinks serves as a Managing Director in Berkadia’s San Diego, CA office specializing in multifamily investment sales. With over a decade of experience, Tyler advises clients on all aspects of multifamily investments, including acquisition, development, financing, operations, and dispositions. He has closed over $5 billion in multifamily transactions, establishing himself as a top-producing broker in Southern California.
Prior to rejoining Berkadia in 2025, Tyler was a Senior Vice President for Northmarq’s San Diego Multifamily Investment Sales. He began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in multi-tenant and corporate headquarter office leasing, overseeing approximately 2.1 million square feet of corporate office space.
Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College, where he was a three-time All-American and Fourt-Time national champion on the varsity sailing team. He went on to complete his Master of Real Estate (MSRE) with honors at the University of San Diego. Tyler stays actively engaged with the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the university, participating in student mentorship programs and guest lecturing. Additionally, he holds a California Real Estate Broker license and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
