Berkadia Secures Transactions for Two Housing Communities in Mississippi
Mississippi – September 9, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the successful closing of two prominent manufactured housing communities in Mississippi: Hill Country Community in Meridian and The Pines MHC in Starkville.
Hill Country Community, a 200-unit property in Meridian, was sold and financed by Berkadia. Senior Managing Director Kevan Enger of Berkadia Manufactured Housing led the sale on behalf of the seller, Phoenix-based Inspire Communities, LLC. Associate Director Aron Procuniar of Berkadia San Clemente secured the acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, Mississippi-based TCV Communities. The deal closed on August 1.

The Pines MHC, a 261-unit community in Starkville, was also successfully sold. Senior Managing Director Kevan Enger led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Phoenix-based Inspire Communities. The deal closed on June 30.
