Pensacola, Florida – September 11, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Summer Vista, an 89-unit assisted living and memory care community located in the Florida panhandle city of Pensacola.
Managing Directors Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the transaction. The property was purchased by a leading owner of senior housing.
Tallahassee-based SRI Management has done an excellent job operating the community. SRI will remain in place as the operator under the new ownership.
