Drew Kwiatkowski serves as Associate Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Charlotte, NC office and oversees deal execution for the Berkadia Carolinas. Drew assists clients at every stage of ownership, including acquisitions, property value analysis, strategic decision-making, and disposition brokerage.
Before joining Berkadia in 2025, Drew led underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management efforts at Dogwood State Bank, focused on lending across various investment commercial real estate asset types. Throughout his career, Drew oversaw a portfolio of new and existing loans totaling over $650 million.
