Boca Raton, Florida – November 26, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announces that it secured a $21.7 million loan to refinance The Village of Golf Industrial & IOS Park, a brand new 78,916-square-foot industrial/flex park located in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, Director Michael Basinski and Associate Director Matthew Monahemi of Berkadia Boca Raton arranged the financing on behalf of the sponsor, Mack Industrial.
Grant Street Funding provided the five-year, fixed-rate loan.
