Berkadia Announces Three-property Class a Seniors Housing Closing in St. Louis
St. Louis, Missouri – December 24, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of three Class A seniors housing communities in the St. Louis metropolitan area: The Grande at Creve Coeur, The Grande at Laumeier Park, and The Grande at Chesterfield.
Managing Directors Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the sale transaction on behalf of a private equity firm, the original developer/operator seeking to exit the St. Louis market.
The Grande at Creve Coeur, a 53-unit memory care community built in 2017 in Creve Coeur, was acquired by Kauhale Health, an Ohio-based owner-operator. It will be rebranded as Kauhale Creve Coeur.
The Grande at Laumeier Park, an 81-unit assisted living and memory care community in Sunset Hills, and The Grande at Chesterfield, an 87-unit assisted living and memory care community in Chesterfield, were acquired by an Orlando-based private equity firm. Provision Living, a St. Louis-based senior living operator, will manage and rebrand the properties as Kinwell at Sunset Hills and Kinwell at Chesterfield. Built in 2016 and 2017, the communities are among the newest seniors housing assets in their respective western St. Louis submarkets.
