Charles Krawiec is an Associate Director based in New York City, where he focuses on providing financing solutions to commercial property owners nationwide, with specialized experience in market-rate and affordable multifamily housing. Charles has over five years of experience structuring, originating, and closing transactions, primarily through Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD, in addition to third-party sources. He has assisted in over $1 billion of mortgage originations across more than 75 transactions.
Charles graduated from Bucknell University in 2020 with a B.A. in Economics, where he was involved with the varsity sailing team, volunteer firefighting, and Greek life.
